Returns & Refund – FAQs (Manikundala)
1. What items are eligible for return?
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for any other reason are not permitted.
2. What is the time limit to raise a return request?
You must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Is an unboxing video mandatory?
Yes. An unboxing video along with clear photos of the product and outer packaging is mandatory for verification. This helps us assess the issue accurately.
4. Do you offer refunds?
In approved cases, we first offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued. Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. How do I raise a return or replacement request?

6. In which cases are returns not accepted?
Returns are not accepted in cases of:
a) Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution
b) Natural variations in artificial or handcrafted jewellery
c) Damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or mishandling
7. Who bears the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except where the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect item sent by Manikundala.
8. How should the product be returned?
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and inserts, if any.
9. Can Manikundala reject a return request?
Yes. All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and final approval by Manikundala. Requests not meeting policy conditions may be declined.
10. How long does the entire return process take?
Once approved, replacements or refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on availability and payment mode.
